RVHD-2

There are reported cases of RVHD2 in the UK and we think it’s vital for all rabbits nowadays to have this vaccination. RVHD2 affects both indoor and outdoor rabbits.

The usual vaccinations for rabbits do not cover RVHD2. Rabbits therefore need two vaccinations—one for the myxomatosis and RVHD1 and a second vaccination that covers for the RVHD2 strain (given at least 2 weeks apart from the other vaccination). These can be given in any order and can be more than 2 weeks apart if required.
